CHICAGO (STNG) ― A man was charged with murder for allegedly fatally stabbing his older brother with a butcher knife in a dispute over $2 early Tuesday in the South Side's Englewood neighborhood, police said.Phillip Binder was charged with murder and is scheduled to appear later Thursday for a bond hearing in Violence Court (Br. 66) at the Cook County Criminal Court at 2600 S. California Ave., police said.
